The whole purpose of this site is to spread my passion of "Dota" to others by providing insight to both noobs and experienced players. With this post, I want to point out probably one of the biggest misconceptions of Dota, and that is that everything is set. NOTHING should be planned unless you play cal or higher leagues of picking. If you are simply playing a pub, don't go straight for an item without thinking about the situation (other team's heros, items, and also your team's heros). Thats why I feel that guides that don't point out all possible situations for heros are useless. Feel free to look around the site and to click on the ads (no viruses).
